The culinary style personally developed and created by Chef and Proprietor, Giancarlo Polito, follows a philosophy between reviving traditional flavours of bygone days and combining these with modern innovation. It is by giving priority and attention to the selection and research of ingredients of the highest quality, that constitutes our gastronomic excellence.

The wine vaults, situated in the old cellar of the historic Fortebraccio palazzo offers an extensive selection of over 500 fine wines from well established labels from all regions throughout Italy, plus a special selection of grappas and aged sprits.
